Welcome to SevaA2Z. By accessing our platform or downloading the customer or partner applications, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Platform Services
SevaA2Z operates as an intermediary marketplace connecting households in West Bengal with verified local service providers. We offer two classes of operations: (a) Monthly Subscriptions (such as daily sweeping, utensil washing, and laundry care) run on recurring calendars; (b) On-Demand Services (such as emergency plumbing, electrical troubleshooting, and chimney cleaning) match clients with technicians within a 2km radius.
2. Profile Sandbox & ₹49 Activation Fee
To maintain a secure database and prevent fraudulent listings, service partners are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable Activation Fee of ₹49. This fee offsets the overhead for initializing secure sandbox database structures and integrating Razorpay KYC API lookups. Paid fees do not guarantee job assignments but unlock app dashboard features.
3. Mandatory Aadhaar KYC Verification
Trust is our primary core value. All customers and service partners must undergo mandatory identity validation using government databases (Aadhaar Card or Voter Card validation). The account validation is processed within 24-48 hours. Wallet withdrawals and instant bank payouts remain blocked until Aadhaar verification is fully cleared.
4. Wallet Ledger, Commissions & Bank Payouts
Payments are securely processed via Razorpay API escrows. SevaA2Z deducts a standard platform commission of 20-25% from completed service fees. The remaining balance is immediately credited to the provider's application wallet. Providers can withdraw this balance directly to their linked bank accounts instantly at any hour. SevaA2Z does not charge hidden fees or monthly recurring subscriptions.
5. Code of Conduct & Dispute Settlement
Users must interact with professionals in a respectful, safe manner. Service quality issues, missed visits, or check-in discrepancies can be disputed via the order detail screen. Customer Relationship Managers (CRMs) arbitrate raised tickets. Wallet credits may be partially or fully refunded based on CRM findings. Safety breaches result in immediate, permanent database banning.
6. Limitation of Liability
SevaA2Z acts as a coordinator and is not an employer. We are not liable for direct, indirect, or accidental damages, property losses, or bodily harm arising from provider visits. Disputes should be formally mediated through platform channels.
